Job Description

Role Purpose 

The EA will report directly to the Group Finance Director and will be responsible for supporting the Finance Leadership team with the day to day running of the Finance leadership function providing a comprehensive confidential and professional administrative and operational support to the Finance Leadership Team (FLT).  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Draft and produce letters reports presentations and emails for the FLT using templates or developing original content as required. 

  • Work to ensure that material for meetings such as meeting packs are created and distributed in a timely manner to all designated parties. 

  • Arrange and organise meetings internally and externally. 

  • Set up conference calls video conference calls meetings and events as required by the FLT and circulate details to attendees. 

  • Process expense claims for the FLT in a timely manner using the online expenses system. 

  • Provide a single point of contact for information and data requests. 

  • Manage and organise FLT diaries prioritising meetings as necessary and acting as a point of control for unsolicited meeting requests. 

  • Arrange all relevant travel and accommodation via the company travel system for the FLT and keep a detailed record of costs and dates for monthly reporting to the UK offices. 

  • Arrange meeting facilities for the FLT either within Entain offices across different locations or using external providers. 

  • Plan organise and attend functions and conferences arranged by the FLT working with thirdparty providers to ensure the facilities provided are as requested. 

  • Monitor budget spend against the set company budget to ensure this is not exceeded. If the budget is reaching its limits notify the relevant FLT member so they may take appropriate action. 

  • Undertake ad hoc duties for members of the FLT as and when required. 

  • Monitor catering requests for the FLT working with external providers to ensure requests are met while ensuring appropriate authorisation for spend. 

  • Support the HR department in managing relocation for all new FLT hires including residency arrangements and induction ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding process. 

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the whistleblowing process including scheduling investigation meetings and maintaining accurate case records. 

  • Manage whistleblowingrelated content on internal platforms (e.g. coordinate translation requests and assist in preparing presentations and first drafts of internal data reports.

Qualifications :

  • Good general education 

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within a corporate environment  

  • Experience of working within a fastpaced everchanging environment 

  • Professional confident credible and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can do attitude  

  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion professionalism and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information(e.g. access to whistleblower identities or FLTlevel matters) 

  • Strong communication and organisation skills 

  • Strong numeracy skills 

  • Experience working with a wide range of internal and external customers  

  • Good IT skills including strong experience of MS Office with the ability to learn new systems and process quickly 

  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work and prioritise workload effectively  

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team  

  • Detail focused 

  • Previous experience working within the gaming industry is preferred but not essential 

  • Previous experience working to deliver creative ideas and projects for management  

  • Excellent administrative skills 

  • Results and service focused 

  • Thrive in an ever changing environment that offers flexibility and autonomy 

  • High energy tenacious with a passion to deliver
