Year 2 Teacher FullTime Role in Hayes Middlesex

About the Role:

As a Year 2 Teacher you will deliver engaging and highquality lessons that inspire academic achievement and foster a love for learning. You will play a key role in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment helping students reach their full potential while ensuring their emotional and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning: Deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to Year 2 students needs fostering both academic success and a love for learning.

Classroom Management: Cultivate an inclusive and respectful classroom where every student feels valued and encouraged.

Assessment: Use both formative and summative assessments to monitor and track student progress providing valuable feedback.

Curriculum Delivery: Ensure lessons are in line with the national curriculum and delivered innovatively and effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to plan and share best practices enhancing the overall school environment.

Parental Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers keeping them informed of their childs progress.

    Key Requirements:

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

    Experience in teaching within the primary education sector particularly Key Stage 1.

    A creative positive and inclusive approach to teaching.

    Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt lessons to cater to a range of learning needs.

    Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff and effective engagement with parents.

    Passion for supporting young learners and helping them thrive academically.
