A thriving primary school in Bromley is seeking a passionate and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis in September 2025. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners ensuring that Year 6 students are prepared for their SATs and secondary education.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and motivated to achieve their full potential.
- Provide regular feedback and assessment using data to track student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum delivery and consistency across the school.
- Engage with parents and carers to discuss student progress and offer guidance on supporting learning at home.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school by participating in school events and extracurricular activities.

Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching in Year 6 or Key Stage 2.
- Knowledge of SATs preparation and the ability to prepare students for transition to secondary school.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
- A positive proactive approach to teaching with a focus on student success.
