Overview
Were looking for a Full Stack Software Developer who is excited to take ownership across the Payroll stack and help us build performant scalable and maintainable web applications. This role will work closely with other engineers designers and stakeholders to develop and maintain core product features.

What Youll Do
-
Develop and maintain full stack features across our web platform.

Build responsive UIs using and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.

Design and optimize backend services APIs and database schemas.

Write clean welltested and welldocumented code.

Participate in code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards.
-
Collaborate with team members on architecture scalability and deployment decisions.

Work with the product team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
What Were Looking For
-
3 years of professional experience in full stack software development.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and .

Experience working with MySQL and designing efficient data models.

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and deploying cloudnative applications.

Proficiency with Gitbased workflows (e.g. using GitHub).

A problemsolver mindset with attention to performance scalability and maintainability.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points For
-
Experience with W3 or similar web3/cloudnative frameworks.

CI/CD pipeline experience.

Background in agile development environments.
