The Senior Civil Engineer PE will play an essential role in our Civil Team Leadership Group utilizing strong technical skills to solve site development civil challenges for clients. This position involves leading large multimilliondollar multidiscipline projects as the Civil Discipline Lead or managing multiple smaller projects while mentoring civil designers and technicians. You will engage in diverse work across local regional and national projects serving Federal Government Local Municipal Retail Commercial Healthcare and Industrial clients.

Skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required (multistate)
- 510 years of civil design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software
- Knowledge of current design trends and local codes
- Familiarity with Federal Facility Criteria and industry standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in preparing project proposals and estimating fees
- Ability to accommodate overnight travel by car and air
Responsibilities
- Technical completion of civil engineering site development projects
- Scope definition feasibility studies and design proposal development
- Conducting formal engineering reports and specification reviews
- Performing design calculations and system modeling
- Reviewing geotechnical reports and site surveys
- Facilitating client review meetings and city development engagements
- Documenting site construction observations and meeting notes
- Collaborating with inhouse and remote teams for project success
Qualifications
- Valid PE licenses in multiple states preferred
- Proven experience in civil design with 510 years in the field
- Background in architectural/build environments is desirable
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D software
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder required
