Join Our Clients Dynamic Team as a FullStatus Property Practitioner
Are you a motivated clientfocused professional with a passion for real estate Our client is looking for talented individuals to join their team as Sales Rental and Commercial Agents!
Basic Requirements:
- NQF 4 / PDE 4 Qualification with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
- A minimum of 1 years experience in real estate sales commercial or rental sectors accompanied by a recent proven sales track record.
- A reliable vehicle for commuting to client appointments.
- Laptop (running Windows 10 or higher) and a cell phone.
- Financial stability to support yourself for 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers sellers and renters.
- Conduct consultations to understand and meet clients needs and preferences.
Property Transactions:
- Assist clients in buying selling or renting properties ensuring smooth and professional transactions.
- Help sellers price and market properties effectively.
- Guide buyers in finding their ideal properties and organise viewings.
- Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers.
Market Expertise:
- Stay uptodate on market trends property values and local regulations. Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities.
- Prepare engaging property listings with descriptions photos and virtual tours.
- Host show houses and create targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers or tenants.

Salary Packages:
- Sales Agents: Commissionbased with up to an 80/20 split (performancebased annual sales tier model).
- Commercial Agents: Commissionbased directly linked to performance.
- Rental Agents: Targetbased basic salary plus commission.
