Job Overview:
Looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR professional to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in sourcing talent managing HR operations supporting employee engagement initiatives and ensuring a great workplace environment that aligns with our vision of social empowerment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Support the performance management process
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Manage payroll inputs leave management and attendance systems
Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
Handle basic grievance management and provide support for employee concern
Support internal training & development initiatives focused on
professional upskilling and employabilityRequired Skills:
