Role Overview:

Provides leadership and direction to meet financial and operational performance requirements for a book of business in a specific segment. Adapts and executes functional strategies and contributes to the development of broader strategies. Has a significant impact on business unit results. Hire train and manage a group of account managers whose primary responsibilities include supporting facetoface sales and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products services and/or solutions as well as developing and delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations. The position also involves developing medium to longterm sales plans and preparing strategies to protect grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers. Compensation is based on the achievement of net growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Account Managers and leaders focused on coordinating sales activity and engagement across assigned regions or segments.

  • Manage accounts with the aim to grow the net book of business across the product suite.

  • Collaborate with sales specialists to develop short mid and longterm business strategies and plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.

  • Provide leadership to a team responsible for entire accounts ensuring optimal client solutions and engagement.

  • Offer strategic insights and act as a thought partner to address complex business challenges faced by clients.

  • Direct multidisciplinary teams or initiatives that align with organizational goals and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to support major initiatives that drive success.

  • Manage financial and operational performance by strategically allocating resources and overseeing project to meet critical objectives.

  • Foster innovation and growth by leveraging diverse perspectives to resolve key issues.

Strategic Planning & Decision Making:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies contributing to wider departmental and functional strategies.

  • Address complex business issues adapting precedents to develop effective solutions.

  • Direct resource allocation to meet performance requirements.

Customer Focus (Internal & External):

  • Build strategic relationships with key executives to support business needs and longterm partnership opportunities.

  • Communicate complex ideas effectively across functions and levels negotiating solutions that align with strategic goals.

  • Engage in highlevel strategic meetings with key clients to foster relationships and discuss partnership opportunities.
