What Youll Do
As a Flexologist youll:

Lead oneonone assisted stretch sessions 25 or 50 minutes) tailored to individual client needs
-
Perform initial mobility assessments and build custom stretch programs

Educate clients on functional movement posture and recovery techniques
-
Document client progress and deliver ongoing guidance and support

Work closely with a passionate team focused on health wellness and positive change
Qualifications
Required:
-
Degree or coursework in:
-
Exercise Science Kinesiology Athletic Training Sports Medicine or related field
-
-
A passion for human movement and client wellbeing
-
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
-
CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
-
Handson experience working with clients in a movement or rehab setting
-
Certification in Personal Training Massage Therapy or a related modality
-
Experience in group or oneonone coaching corrective exercise or movement screening
