The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in enhancing the organizations effectiveness by driving various people programs and initiatives. This position requires a strong business acumen coupled with extensive experience across multiple Human Resources disciplines including talent management organizational design employee engagement and diversity & inclusion.   • Knowledge of employment laws and legislation

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Industrial Psychology Sociology or related discipline
  • Masters degree or MBA is a plus

Experience Requirements

  • 10 years of HR Business Partner experience
  • At least 5 years in a highgrowth technology company

1. Do you have a BS desired in Human Resources Organizational Development Industrial Psychology Sociology or related discipline.

2. Do you have 10 years of HRBP Experience.

3. Do you have a minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a highgrowth technology company and ten 10 years of overall HR or related work experience.

4. Do you have experience with HR systems & tools (Workday Culture Amp HR Acuity is a plus)

5. Do you have experience with mergers and acquisitions a plus.

6. Do you have experience supporting and consulting with management providing HR guidance when appropriate.

7. Do you have working knowledge of employment laws legislation etc.

8. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
