- Delivering exceptional room service and cleanliness in our hotel rooms
- Cleaning all areas of the guest rooms making beds cleaning bathrooms vacuuming dusting and creating memorable guest experiences with comfort and luxury in every room
- Keep a wellstocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment
- Adhere to Sofitel Brand standards and procedures diligently and seamlessly
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms bathrooms floors and corridors to a high standard
- Physical fitness able to complete manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
- Team working skills with flexible availability to support the team across the week
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering a 5star service to guests
- Efficient time management skills
- Background within a luxury hotel environment will be highly regarded
