We are seeking an Assistant School Leader of Instruction to join the growing KIPP St. Louis Region
The Assistant School Leader of Instruction is responsible for driving strong academic results for scholars through demonstrating instructional leadership competencies establishing a clear instructional vision and motivating others to follow that vision. The ASL of Instruction strategically implements the school and regions instructional mission and vision by managing teachers leading and
participating in professional development and working to help create a positive school culture as a part of the school leadership team.
Position type: Full time 12 months exempt
As a KIPP St. Louis Assistant School Leader of Instruction your core responsibilities include:

Qualifications :
The following are required of KIPP St. Louis leaders:
Bachelors Degree (required) Masters Degree (preferred)
Appropriate Teaching Certificate REQUIRED; Administrator Certificate (preferred)
Demonstrated student achievement results in own classroom and from teachers that you manage
Experience coaching teachers to instructional excellence
An uncompromising belief that all students can learn
A relentless work ethic and a high degree of patience to push through difficult challenges
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers
Excellent organizational skills
Pass Criminal Background Check
Excellent computer skills including all Google based systems.
Demonstrated commitment to closing the opportunity gap
