What will you be doing
- Responding to staff and manager enquiries
- Driving HR digitalisation and ensuring payroll compliance
- Assisting in recruitment: CV screening and interview scheduling
- Maintaining personnel records and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Conducting new employee inductions and managing HR documentation
- Handling payroll data and time/attendance reporting
- Staying updated on employment law to advise management
- Coordinating employee surveys and implementing HR policies
- Supporting disciplinary processes and crossfunctional projects
- Generating HR reports and assisting with audits
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
- HR administration experience as well as experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word is essential
- Interest in learning HR processes and employment law legislation
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Methodical and organised approach to work strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
