As Assistant Branch Manager you will work under the direction of the Branch Manager. You will manage a team oversee daytoday operations and ensure that exceptional customer service is delivered while meeting corporate objectives.
In particular you will be responsible for :
- Promoting a welcoming and safe workplace;
- Applying environmental and Health & Safety rules and procedures;
- Assist the Branch Manager with monthly Health & Safety audits;
- Supervise daily operations such as scheduling sales and production targets;
- Support employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives;
- Assist the Branch Manager in employee communications.
- Work in collaboration with various internal partners in the followup and application of business processes;
- Carry out with the Branch Manager quarterly evaluations of hourly employees;
- Perform various administrative tasks (cash deposits employee payroll schedules etc.;
- Support the Branch Manager in the process of recruiting welcoming and integrating new employees;
- Act as embassador in any organizational change and play an active role in the rollout to your branch
Qualifications :
- Must speak French
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- At least 1 year of experience in team management with demonstrated leadership
- Team player who enjoys connecting with and helping others
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Analytical mind
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask
- Solid stress management
- Resourceful and detail oriented
