As an International HR Project Specialist you will play a vital role in coordinating projects concerning the employee experience across our international retail markets. Working closely with the International HR Manager the market and the Center of Expertise at CHO you will support a variety of HR projects across multiple regions. From optimizing talent programs to driving employee engagement and ensuring compliance with local and global regulations your impact will be felt across the organization. What Youll Do
- Coordinate or colead key HR projects to enhance the employee experience across global markets.
- Make sure projects or programs are presented in a Rituals way.
- Support people initiatives that are key for the markets like retention absenteeism onboarding development programs
- Drive employee engagement efforts collecting feedback and supporting action planning to create a thriving workplace culture.
- Build an annual structure on all HR initiatives together with PMO lead to inform and engage stakeholders in time.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures align with both local and global compliance standards.
- Report and Analyze HR data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with local HR teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure seamless of HR initiatives.
- Do some small administrative tasks for employees with a special international status

- You have experience in general HR project management
- You enjoy working in an international environment and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic setting.
- You are analytical and detailoriented are willing to make your hands dirty and to support where necessary
- You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures.
