Join Our Team as a Medical Practice Manager at Aboud Health Group
Aboud Health Group (AHG) located near Mississaugas Square One is a thriving multidisciplinary healthcare provider committed to delivering excellent patient care and fostering a supportive teamoriented environment. We are currently seeking a fulltime Medical Practice Manager to work closely with our leadership ensuring the clinic operates at its best and all responsibilities are handled with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday clinic operations maintaining a smooth organized workflow that supports patients physicians and staff.
- Collaborate directly with the leadership team to ensure priorities are met and tasks are completed thoroughly and on time.
- Lead hiring training and staff development promoting a cohesive culture where everyone can perform at their highest level.
- Manage EMR systems (OSCAR/AVAROS) OHIP billing payroll and endofday accounting ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain clinic facilities monitor inventory and manage supply orders to keep our environment prepared and welcoming.
- Coordinate physician schedules streamline patient appointments and enhance overall patient flow.
- Assist in community outreach and patientfocused initiatives that strengthen our presence and relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare management ideally in a family medicine or primary care setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities that foster accountability teamwork and trust.
- Proficiency in EMR systems medical billing and basic accounting procedures.
- Reliability professionalism and a steady commitment to supporting both patient care and team success.
- Flexibility to work morning and afternoon/evening shifts as needed.
