The Role:
Our leading national law firm client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3 5 years of experience to join its team. This position will primarily support attorneys within the firm s Technology Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. Applicants should hold an active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction or be willing to obtain one promptly.
Qualified candidates will have experience handling all phases of complex commercial litigation including legal research factual investigation eDiscovery (preferably with Relativity) drafting pleadings taking depositions motion practice client communication and mediation. A background in employmentrelated litigation is preferred and familiarity with AI tools for legal research is considered a plus.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong academic credentials sound judgment superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. A commitment to community involvement and a collaborative proactive approach to legal practice are also highly valued.
