Pixellot is the global leader in AIpowered sports production and were looking for a techsavvy handson HR Generalist to join our small but mighty HR team.
This junior to midlevel role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment loves learning and wants to be involved in shaping company culture and processes across the board.
As part of your role you will:
- Play a key role in building and maintaining crosscompany HR programs such as: Employee engagement surveys Recognition and feedback initiatives Internal communication HRIS system updates and improvements HR budget planning and tracking etc.
- Work closely with the VP HR to drive employee experience initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to bring HR ideas to life
- Research and implement new tools and practices that boost efficiency and engagement
- Create engaging content and communications for internal campaigns
You should bring with you:
- 12 years of experience in HR or relevant operations roles
- Excellent interpersonal skills approachable a good listener and great at building trust
- A natural selflearner curious proactive and not afraid to ask questions
- Independent and organized can manage multiple projects and keep things moving
- Tech savvy and comfortable working with AI tools automations and HR platforms
- Fluent communication in both Hebrew and English
- Creative mindset you enjoy finding new ways to solve problems and engage people
- Experience working in a tech/startup environment
- Background in internal communications employer branding or employee experience
- Familiarity with platforms like HiBob Monday ChatGPT or similar tools
