Job Description

Position: Fitment Admin

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Fitment Admin to join our team. As a Fitment Admin you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the installation of our telematics devices in vehicles. You will work closely with our installation technicians customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient fitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform checking expense claim for installation technician
  • Communicate with customers to confirm installation appointments and provide updates on the fitment process
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all fitment appointments and installations
  • Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for fitment appointments
  • Work closely with installation technicians to ensure they have the necessary information and support for each fitment job
  • Troubleshoot any fitment issues and escalate to the appropriate team members as needed
  • Provide support to customers and internal teams regarding fitmentrelated inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 years of experience in Administrative Operation Admin Finance Officer or other related role
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • Experience in the automotive or telematics industry is a plus
