Were partnering with a growing wealth management firm and conducting a search for a Tax Director. If you have strong experience advising highnetworth individuals across multiple states and are looking to lead a tax practice within a collaborative clientfocused environment this could be a great opportunity.
Position Details:
Title: Tax Director
Location: Flexible (remote or hybrid options available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the firms tax advisory services for highnetworth clients
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex individual trust estate and partnership tax returns
- Provide strategic tax planning and wealth preservation strategies

Advise clients on multistate tax issues charitable planning and
estate and gift tax matters - Research and communicate updates on tax law changes affecting highnetworth individuals

Mentor and develop junior tax staff
- Collaborate with financial advisors to deliver fully integrated wealth management solutions
Qualifications:

CPA or JD/LLM with significant tax specialization

8 years of experience working with highnetworth individuals in a Public accounting or wealth management environment

Strong technical knowledge in individual trust estate and
partnership taxation - Experience advising clients with complex multistate and international considerations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
