1 The quality problems that occurs with products that have received complaints or claims from customers must be analyzed for the cause and take action to solve the problem
2 Control monitoring and coordinate about quality problems that occur market cliam in production process.
3 Problems that have been received by customers or complaints will be made as a summary report of problems complaints and claims from the customers of the month
4 To make and monitoring about service call rate quality problem report by count the service claim and complaint report.(Count on all market claims and complaints list from service compliant report
5 Analysis the part claim return from customer and report to all concern for improvement.
6 Coordinated with relevant of division to follow the corrective action and summary report for improvement send to the marketing division for inform to customer
7 To manage working system followed to procedures and work instructions
according to ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO18001 .
