24/7 ProTAS a leading healthcare recruiting agency is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician to join our team in Tyler Texas. This is a fulltime permanent position with top pay and benefits.
As an Urgent Care Physician you will provide highquality compassionate care to patients of all ages in our stateoftheart urgent care facility. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries as well as providing preventive care and health education to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations including medical history physical exams and diagnostic tests
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries such as colds flu infections minor wounds and fractures
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
Provide preventive care and health education to patients
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current on best practices and advancements in urgent care medicine
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school
Valid state medical license
Board certification in Family Medicine Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine
Minimum of 2 years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
