Position: Physician Center Medical Director

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician to join our team as the Center Medical Director.
Job Overview:
As the Center Medical Director you will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our healthcare facility. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of highquality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and experience in managing a medical facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the medical team
Oversee the delivery of highquality care to patients
Develop and implement medical policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Manage and mentor medical staff including physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care and operational efficiency
Handle patient complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
Participate in budget planning and management of medical supplies and equipment
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in healthcare management
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school
Valid medical license in the state of California
Board certification in primary care or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary care
Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred
Strong knowledge of medical policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
