Job Description
Position: Pediatrician

Job Summary:
We seek a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team of healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric care and a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of children. As a Pediatrician at 24/7 ProTAS you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide comprehensive care to children from infancy through adolescence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine checkups and physical exams for pediatric patients
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children
Administer immunizations and provide preventative care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
Educate parents and caregivers on child development nutrition and healthy habits
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
Stay current on advancements in pediatric medicine and incorporate them into practice
Provide support and guidance to patients and their families during difficult medical situations
Participate in oncall rotations as needed
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of a residency program in Pediatrics
Valid medical license in the state of Minnesota
Board certification in Pediatrics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
Experience working with electronic medical records is preferred
