Drive real impact by leading the engineering projects that bring innovation to life in our manufacturing operations. At Mars were looking for a handson Project Engineer to manage capital improvement initiatives and help us shape a better tomorrow starting today.
What are we looking for
- A bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering engineering projects from concept to implementation.
- A collaborative approach to managing stakeholders and driving crossfunctional progress.
- Ability to use data and insight to make decisions and manage change.
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies and pipeline practices.
What will be your key responsibilities
- Lead the planning specification procurement and startup of new process and mechanical equipment.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and contractor management delivering work safely and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation of capital projects.
- Monitor project progress manage risks and resolve operational challenges to avoid delays.
