The Product Delivery team exists to support the implementation of products and services to the market. These implementations typically span business and technical teams requiring close coordination of all efforts needed for implementation.
Epic and User Story Development
o Collaborates with team members to lead creation of epics features and user stories across workstreams.
Testing
o Works across workstreams to ensure a comprehensive test plan for the project.
o Reports test results to leadership and supports remediation efforts of any failed tests.
Project Understanding
o Demonstrates a solid understanding of all work across the project. Can articulate project activities and purpose to others within and outside of the project.
o Proactively identifies crossfunctional impacts and reports to others.
Agile / SaFE Understanding
o Supports other team members in their use of SaFE Agile practices within the implementation.
ProjectRelated Communication
o Demonstrates the ability to think critically and proactively to identify emerging risks and issues
o Prepares materials that can be consumed by executive audiences in Steering Committees or other appropriate forums
Project
o Has a strong grasp of the product delivery lifecycle and leverages this understanding to foresee and mitigate potential risks to the schedule.
Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent in health care of business
5 years of relevant experience in product or software implementation
Healthcare experience
Product development process or life cycle experience
