GRUPO OTIS lder a nivel nacional y mundial del sector de la elevacin est contratando SUPERVISOR DE MANTENIMIENTO en TODA ESPAA.
Como SUPERVISOR tus funciones sern:
Supervisar y coordinar al equipo tcnico a cargo (incluyendo subcontratistas) incluyendo hojas de tiempo control de gastos informes de dificultad y seguimiento de actividad.
Atender y asesorar tcnicamente a equipo clientes y prescriptores tanto telefnico por email o presencial.
Coordinar con Dir. Obras para necesidades y ayudas tcnicas.
Controlar unidades en cartera mediante registro en sistemas internos (SICO) as como coordinar y seguir dichas unidades.
Gestionar personas a su cargo garantizando el cumplimiento de polticas y procesos establecidos por . y formacin tcnica: gestin desempeo formacin anual Servicio Excelente y tcnicas 5105 etc. asegurando la adecuacin del desempeo del equipo a las necesidades de la compaa.
Responsabilizarse de la comunicacin interna dentro del equipo incluyendo la preparacin e imparticin de reuniones.
Garantizar la seguridad de equipo y clientes mediante la imparticin de cursos de seguridad el anlisis de riesgos no estandarizados y realizacin de evaluacin de FPAs.
Para tener xito en este puesto necesitamos:
FORMACIN: se requiere Grado de INGENIERA o ARQUITECTURA.
EXPERIENCIA: Deseable al menos 2 aos de experiencia en puesto similar en el sector de la elevacin o sector industrial.
OFIMTICA: Dominio Microsoft Office 365.
IDIOMAS: Valorable Nivel B2 de ingls.
COMPETENCIAS: Gestin de equipos Orientacin a resultado Capacidad para resolver conflictos.
