JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State Human Resources is seeking a detailedoriented and knowledgeable HR Records Analyst to join the HR Compliance team. This role handles and coordinates the daytoday administration of personnel records serving as the primary resource for HR records management. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with retention policies and maintain accuracy across HR systems. The HR Records Analyst applies policies and best practices to support efficient documentation and records processes throughout the department.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Minimally requires an Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail professionalism the ability to work independently as well as part of a team; and a high degree of sensitivity in handling confidential information. Proficiency in Office365 suite is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess strong customer service and communication skills both oral and written; the ability to effectively learn and utilize new technologies; and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and oncampus work. Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process.

The salary range for this position including all possible grades is:
$42100.00 $61000.00Salary Structure additional information on Penn States job and salary structure.
