Role Definition

  • Leads a crossfunctional team comprised of sales support representatives and transaction coordinators responsible for dealer and sales team quoting document generation final pricing contract booking and funding securing assets and records retention.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company products in a given industry segment or market.
  • Support sales and marketing plan and manage merchandising plans to achieve business plan targets for company products and services.
  • Owns document governance process including management of standard document library and nonstandard document requests.
  • Ensures accuracy and efficiency of contract booking funding lien filing and records processes as well as associated SOX controls.
  • Manages merchandising claims and grief resolution processes.
  • Implements enhancements to improve the dealer and customer experience and ensure the most effective and efficient operations.

  • Operational Reporting: Knowledge of operational reporting concepts; ability to use operational reports to track benchmark and improve business processes.

Summary Pay Range:

$135240.00 $237564.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjobrelated knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
