Founded in 2016 Peripass is a logistics SaaS scaleup. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies (think of companies like Bridgestone Alpro and SaintGobain) to smoothly manage the complete flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites as well as all trailer movements onsite.
With a solid revenue foundation already in place our sales and overall company growth are skyrocketing. In 2024 weve doubled our team moved to a brand new office and our growth ambitions for the upcoming years are at least as high. Weve also secured 7.5 million to boost our global expansion. Want to join the adventure As a Product Manager you will:
Connect with customers through focus groups interviews and site visits to understand their needs and challenges and use this info to shape product decisions.
Work closely with designers to test and improve designs.
Ensure our products are easy to use and deliver the results customers need.
Analyze feedback run experiments and use data to prioritize the most important features that support business goals and customer needs.
Write clear development briefs and give feedback to developers to keep everything on track.
Help manage the product release process making sure everything runs smoothly from testing to launch and meets quality standards.
Provide internal teams sales customer success implementation with product knowledge training and documentation.
Keep development workflows organized using tools like JIRA.
Assist with tough customer issues by providing 3rdline support and working with consultants and customer success teams on challenging projects.

Job requirements
Probably by now you already have a good idea of who we are looking for : but here are some pointers:
You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in a SaaS Product Company.
You have an analytical mind and are eager to figure things out.
You can work effectively across teams to align and inspire internal/external stakeholders.
You are a good communicator who can explain complex things in a simple way.
You have a solid proficiency in English (our company language) and a good working proficiency in Dutch.
Bonus points if you master technical tools and processes like Lucidchart Figma and UML diagramming principles.
