Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to orchestrate complex user experience (UX) and software/platform development projectsfrom initial planning to final deployment. Youll steer crossfunctional teams (designers developers strategists) toward delivering groundbreaking solutions that blend functional excellence with the joyful experiences HUED is known for. Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Definition & Planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals scope and deliverables ensuring alignment with HUEDs usercentric design ethos and client needs.
Construct detailed project roadmaps integrating UX/UI tasks development milestones and resource allocation.
2. Complex Project Coordination
Oversee multiple concurrent digital initiatives ranging from largescale platform builds to specialized UX revamps.
Lead crossfunctional teamsincluding Graphic Designers UX Researchers Service Designers and Developersto ensure synergy in user flows technical architecture and creative direction.
3. Risk Management & Proactive Issue Resolution
Identify potential project risks (resource shortfalls scope creep timeline conflicts) and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Implement robust project controlsweekly status updates risk logs change management protocolsto keep efforts on track.
4. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients fostering clear communication on requirements timelines and emerging challenges.
Conduct regular project briefings with senior leadership and external stakeholders articulating both technical progress and usercentric outcomes.
5. Agile & Traditional PM Methodologies
Champion Agile Scrum or Waterfall approaches as best fits the project ensuring smooth sprints or phases that respect quality collaboration and speed.
Facilitate sprint planning retrospectives or steering committee meetings to maintain momentum.
6. Quality Assurance & Delivery
Coordinate testing protocols (usability tests QA cycles code reviews) to confirm solutions meet high design and technical standards.
Validate that final deliverables align with HUEDs hallmark of joyful user experiences and deliver measurable value to clients.
7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Refine internal project management processes adopting new tools and methodologies to enhance speed transparency and communication.
Encourage a culture of creative problemsolving ensuring that each lesson learned feeds future project success.
8. Managing Profitability
Track and manage project budgets.
Export COCs and invoices on time.
Track and follow up on invoices collections.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Educational & Experience Background
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology Business or related field. Advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.
45 years of proven experience managing complex digital and software development projects ideally at an agency tech firm or consulting environment.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English
2. Technical Proficiency
Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) code deployment pipelines and IT infrastructure basics.
Familiarity with UX/UI design processeswireframing prototyping usability testingand integrating these into technical builds.
Proficient in project management tools (Jira Trello MS Project) and comfortable in adopting new platforms.
3. Methodological Agility
Skilled in Agile/Scrum (sprint planning backlog management) and traditional Waterfall methods able to pivot approaches per project context.
Experience in risk and change managementplanning for contingencies and adapting scope without compromising quality.
4. Leadership & Communication
Confident in leading crossfunctional teams uniting creative thinkers and technical specialists under a shared vision.
Able to translate complex development tasks into stakeholderfriendly updates bridging business needs with usercentered design.
Calmness under pressureable to defuse tension quickly address crises and keep the team focused on solutions.
5. Stakeholder Management
Demonstrated success partnering with highprofile clients including government or enterpriselevel engagements.
Adept at managing expectations ensuring clarity on deliverables timelines and budgets.
6. Strategic & Proactive Mindset
Thrives on solving complex project challenges preempting issues before they escalate.
Eager to explore emerging technologies (AI automation advanced analytics) to keep HUEDs projects at the cutting edge.
7. Industry Certifications
PMP PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certifications are advantageous reflecting a solid foundation in project management best practices.
