Job Description
The intern will work closely with the Engineering teams at SPI to creatively help with projects of various complexity. You will be involved in various aspects of the design process which may include things such as concept development feasibility studies CAD modeling Drafting BOM creation prototype construction product testing marketing support and production rampup. We are proud to have all under one roof at our beautiful facility located in Mequon WI just twentyfive minutes from downtown Milwaukee.
We desire a candidate to be actively enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering program. In addition to 3D CAD experience (Autodesk Inventor is a plus) the candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude and be knowledgeable in a variety of manufacturing processes.
