PLC Expert Electrician
Our client based in KZN is focused on designing and manufacturing ecofriendly rigid plastic packaging solutions for food beverage and industrial sectors. With a strong presence in southern Africa through over 40 manufacturing plants and an extensive distribution network they are committed to being your preferred partner in sustainable packaging.
They are looking for a qualified & Expert PLC Electrician
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum N4 & TRADE TESTED Electrician with PLC/Servo Drive/AC Drives & Instrumentation knowledge
OR/ S4/T4 with a minimum of 6 years Electrical PLC & Instrumentation experience OR/ BSc Electrical Engineering Degree
AND
- 3 years relevant experience (post trade)
- PLC fault finding experience & the ability to read/understand ladder diagrams Alan Bradley and SiemansS7
- Ability to write software advantageous
- Ability to improve downstream line control & program basic programmable relays
- Ability to set up VSD
