Deputy Nurse Manager

Salary: 48000

40 hours per week mixture of supernumerary and clinical hours

Our client a wellrespected provider of highquality care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join their team in a beautifully appointed small care home for older adults with nursing and dementia care needs. With a Good CQC rating and a reputation for excellence the service offers a nurturing and supportive environment where both residents and team members thrive.

This is a fulltime position 40 hours per week) offering a balance of supernumerary and clinical hours perfect for a nurse looking to take the next step in their leadership journey while staying handson with clinical care. The Deputy Manager will support the Home Manager in daytoday operations ensuring the highest standards of nursing and personcentred care are maintained.

What Were Looking For

  • Nursequalified (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin
  • Previous experience in a leadership or senior nursing role
  • Strong knowledge of dementia care and personcentred approaches
  • Excellent communication and teambuilding skills
  • A kind inclusive and proactive approach to care

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care team
  • Support with care planning audits and compliance activities

  • Step in for the Home Manager as needed to maintain smooth operations
