Advertising is a crucial part of our success in Live Sports and at Amazon Advertising we sit at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce. We are building a worldclass live sports ad program that benefits our customers advertisers and league partners with unique neverbeendonebefore ad experiences.

Amazon Advertising is looking for an experienced Manager for our Live Events Campaign & Creative Management (CCM) team. As our advertisers goto experts on Amazon Advertisings processes related to our advertising policies and creative services CCMs earn trust and foster frustrationfree advertiser experiences through seamless project management of campaigns datadriven creative strategy recommendations and ongoing advertiser education all aimed at helping advertisers grow their business on Amazon while upholding our end customers experience.

The leader of this team will be expected to own their business and the needs of their customers in relation to campaign and creative management. S/he will work crossfunctionally with the Advertising Services Go to Market Sales Finance Live Event Product and Production Teams team to ensure successful of Ad Sales revenue and onair broadcast schedules and will report to the Head of Global Live Event Advertising Services. The team is responsible for managing the of Live Event ad campaigns from advertiser education creative strategy and ultimately ensuring ads make it to air successfully.

The candidate should have deep experience in OTT and/or linear TV post sales production with strong excel/data management and creative management experience. Flexibility and adaptability are required mindsets as workflows will include a combination of industry best practices and proprietary tools and policies.

Key job responsibilities
Manage a highperforming team to support sales and gotomarket teams and the wider business.
Proactively develop forwardlooking projects to scale the business.
Drive performance improvements across the Live Events Services organization and build the foundation for it to scale.
Work closely with the team and management to identify systems data or process needs to help scale our business and optimize revenue.
Use data systems such as Salesforce or ExtremeReach

Bachelors degree
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
Experience using analytical account management and productivity tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence SalesForce Tableau or similar
Experience with Doubleclick (XSM DFP) AdJuster or Salesforce

5 years of hiring and retaining digital advertising teams experience
Experience with annual brand and media planning
Experience working with linear broadcasts

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $200400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
