Were offering a specific $3000 Sign On Bonus $500 after 90 days $500 after 6 months and $2000 at 1 year of service) for external candidates including this location. (Internal employees are not eligible).

Lets talk about what to expect:
- On the sales floor youll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
- Youll be a part of the community through events filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Youll work a schedule between 9am9pm including weekends so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly senioritybased schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
- This is a fastpaced environment being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customers needs.
- Prior retail or customerfacing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience Well provide you with the tools training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $44000 to $63000 including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded
