Pay Rate/Range:$22.00/hr 4 increase after completing the 60 day introductory period
Description: A local manufacturer is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to add to their maintenance team. Duties will include completing incoming maintenance work orders on fabrication and shop equipment diagnosing equipment malfunctions electrical installation and repair work PLC programming repair of plumbing leaks break clogged lines and drains rough carpentry work predictive preventative and emergency maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Technically competent with five or more years of experience with basic mechanical pneumatics plumbing electrical and hydraulic systems or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
- Ability to use hand tools power tools and electrical test equipment
- Must be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams repair manuals parts catalogs work orders
- Ability to work in a manufacturing atmosphere safely and following safety practices and regulations
- Flexibility to work overtime on short notice
- Ability to drive and maintain valid drivers license
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: MondayFriday 5:00am1:30pm. Overtime if necessary on weekdays or weekends.
