Trade Finance Lawyer 5 Years PQE
Location: London Hybrid Working
Salary:

Our client a longstanding growing law firm in Central London is hiring a Trade Finance Lawyer.

Youll join a wellestablished Banking and Finance team with a strong client base across international banks funds and corporates.

What youll do:

  • Advise on structured trade finance receivables finance and supply chain finance

  • Draft and negotiate facility agreements security documents and legal opinions

  • Act on both lender and borrower sides

  • Support partners on complex crossborder transactions

  • Mentor junior team members and help shape best practice

What were looking for:

  • 5 years PQE (or close to) in trade finance or general banking and finance

  • Strong understanding of LMA documentation

  • Experience handling multijurisdictional deals

  • Clear commercial approach to client service

  • Confidence managing files with limited supervision
