Trade Finance Lawyer 5 Years PQE
Location: London Hybrid Working
Salary:
Our client a longstanding growing law firm in Central London is hiring a Trade Finance Lawyer.
Youll join a wellestablished Banking and Finance team with a strong client base across international banks funds and corporates.
What youll do:
Advise on structured trade finance receivables finance and supply chain finance
Draft and negotiate facility agreements security documents and legal opinions
Act on both lender and borrower sides
Support partners on complex crossborder transactions
Mentor junior team members and help shape best practice
What were looking for:
5 years PQE (or close to) in trade finance or general banking and finance
Strong understanding of LMA documentation
Experience handling multijurisdictional deals
Clear commercial approach to client service
Confidence managing files with limited supervision
