Flex Security Officer All Shifts Full Time

Location:Edwardsville IL
Rate:$16.00$18.00/HR
Available shifts for Security Officers will include 2nd shift and/or 3rd shift weekends and holidays. Monday to Friday and/or day shift positions are not available.

What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and Deescalation.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the clients premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.

Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois.
- Valid Drivers License and a clean driving recordrequired. (All our positions will include driver certification).
- Have reliable transportation (private transportation is required) (Public transportation is generally not available at our various site locations).
- Have reliable working communication device (cell phone).
- Have a High School Diploma or GEDorbe willing to complete the GED program within six months.
- Average to above average computer skills.
- Have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to speak read and write English.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Security experience a plus.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
