About the Role
Our Wellbeing Health & Safety team is expanding and were looking for a Health Risk Management Consultant to join our vast community of solvers. The Wellbeing Health & Safety team brings our purpose to life by ensuring PwC is a firm where wellbeing sits at the core of who we are and how we operate so that all are able to thrive. The team acts in an advisory capacity to support a number of organisationally important initiatives relating to the wellbeing capability and capacity of our partners team leaders and staff. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to promote a culture of health and wellbeing ensuring that partners and employees receive the support and resources they need to thrive.
Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Health risk management occupational health or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex medical data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of health and wellbeing best practices ergonomics and injury prevention.
In our Wellbeing Health & Safety team your impact will be seen by:
Medical Information Analysis: Auditing and analyzing medical data derived from annual partner medical assessments delivering comprehensive reports and insights to relevant internal stakeholders to inform decisionmaking and strategic health initiatives.
Targeted Health Programs: Identifying atrisk individuals through data analysis and health assessments providing tailored navigation and support to guide them through specialized health and wellness programs aimed at addressing their specific health concerns.
Holistic Health Protocol Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the firms psychological specialists to develop and implement a holistic health protocol that integrates physical and mental wellbeing strategies ensuring a comprehensive approach to partner health.
Collaborating closely with Safety Business Partners to understand Firm risks and ensure a risk based approach to supporting health and wellbeing at work
External Provider Management: Managing relationships with external medical providers to ensure consistent reporting and information sharing contributing to an aligned approach to health management across PwC (Australia).
Expanded Medical Offerings: Researching and establishing a recommended list of external health and wellbeing providers (e.g. physiotherapists exercise physiologists dietitians) in each state enhancing the medical offerings available to partners.
Workshops and Training: Designing and facilitating engaging facetoface and virtual workshops focused on health topics providing evidencebased guidance that empowers partners to take actionable steps toward improving their health.
Health Technology Implementation: Exploring and implementing advanced health technology tracking tools to gain insights into partner health metrics enabling datadriven strategies for health improvement initiatives.
Injury Management: On occasion be involved in injury or illness management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. health science public health health management)
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team including psychological specialists and external providers
Passion for promoting a culture of health and wellbeing within an organizational context
Working Conditions:
This role will involve a blend of remote and inperson engagement. Occasional travel may be required to meet with external providers or conduct workshops
