Kuiper Devices & Systems team is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Development Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for the configuration development and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform ensuring that it meets the needs of our business while delivering a smooth highquality user experience. As the ServiceNow Application Development Engineer youll manage and configure modules implement workflows and provide technical support playing a key role in driving process automation and enhancing service delivery across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
ServiceNow Platform Development Design develop and maintain custom applications workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Configuration & Scripting Customize forms fields and UI elements using JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting to meet business requirements.
Process Automation Develop and enhance business rules UI policies and automation scripts to improve service efficiency.
Integration & API Development Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs MID Servers and thirdparty tools.
Release & Upgrade Management Support ServiceNow upgrades and new feature deployments ensuring minimal disruption and compatibility with existing configurations.
User Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical expertise in debugging and resolving system performance issues related to development and customization.
Reporting & Analytics Create dashboards reports and data analytics tools to improve decisionmaking and service delivery.
A day in the life
Kuiper Devices & Systems is looking for experienced and dedicated team members to help manage the administration maintenance and development of the ServiceNow platform for the organization. The ideal candidate is innovative and has great problemsolving skills. You must be very comfortable working on core application administration creating workflows data management scripting and process automation. You will need to work with nontechnical and technical teams to translate business cases to scalable solutions for multiple teams.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Management Information Systems Computer Science Business or equivalent work experience.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification is required.
3 years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator developer and/or comparable role.
3 years direct experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing information technology solutions / initiatives.
3 years experience in multiple areas of technology including application administration configuration and/or data services.
Proven experience Agile scrum/Kanban methodology.
Experience with JavaScript Perl or PHP is strongly preferred.
Experience customizing or developing reports from data residing in relational databases.
Experience with web service integrations using REST SOAP etc.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
