Job Overview:
Looking for a creative and technically skilled Game Developer to help design and develop immersive experiences simulations and learning tools using Unity 3D Unreal Engine AR/VR and related platforms. Youll work on projects that blend gaming technology with education training and social change.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop interactive applications games and simulations using Unity 3D Unreal Engine or AR/VR frameworks
- Implement and optimize game mechanics physics and user interactions
- Collaborate with designers animators and content teams to deliver compelling user experiences
- Integrate 3D models audio and other assets into immersive environments
- Work with mobile web or headsetbased platforms for deployment
- Ensure code quality performance optimization and crossplatform compatibility
- Participate in brainstorming and prototyping of gamified learning solutions
Primary Skills (MustHave):
- Proficiency in C# (Unity) or C (Unreal)

Understanding of game physics lighting and UI/UX in gaming
- Experience in developing for Android/iOS or AR/VR headsets (Oculus HoloLens etc.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Secondary Skills (GoodtoHave):
- Experience with ARKit ARCore Vuforia or WebXR
- Exposure to 3D modeling tools (Blender Maya) and animation pipelines
- Knowledge of multiplayer networking game analytics or cloudbased backends
- Interest in gamification edtech or impactdriven game design
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Game Design Computer Science Multimedia or related field
- 15 years of experience in game development using Unity 3D and/or Unreal Engine
- Strong portfolio or demo reel of past game/AR/VR projects
- Passion for creating experiences that educate inspire or empower users
