Job Overview:
Looking for a Strategy Associate to support leadership in planning analysis and decisionmaking across business and social impact initiatives who thrives on research critical thinking and turning insights into actionable strategies that balance profit and purpose.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the formulation and of strategic initiatives across consulting technology and impact domains
- Conduct market research competitive analysis and trend forecasting
- Prepare presentations reports and business cases for senior management
- Support program evaluation impact measurement and organizational planning
- Analyze data and performance metrics to inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborate across departments to identify growth opportunities and innovation areas
Contribute to client proposal development and strategic partnerships
Primary Skills (MustHave):
- 15 years of experience in strategy management consulting or business analysis
- Strong skills in research data interpretation and problemsolving
- Proficiency in tools like Excel PowerPoint and optionally Tableau/Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced impactoriented environment
Secondary Skills (GoodtoHave):
- Exposure to social impact strategy CSR or public policy projects
- Knowledge of business model innovation impact frameworks or lean strategy
- Familiarity with tools like Notion Airtable or project management platforms
- Experience working in or with startups social enterprises or consulting firms
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Public Policy or related fields
- MBA or professional certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Passion for social impact and sustainable development
