About Nutrition
Led by the worlds largest online sports nutrition brandMyprotein THG Nutrition is a group of digitalfirst brands spanning the nutrition and wellness space.
Its vertically integrated model allows the business to expand and operate in complementary markets such as vegan products vitamins bars snacks and activewearall within the online and digital space across key global markets including the UK and Asia.
About the Role
The planning function is responsible for supporting one of the largest sports nutrition brands in the world. This is great opportunity to take ownership of and make improvements to key processes within supply chain. The team covers all aspects of supply chain planning and there is a strong team ethic this provides a platform to be involved in a wide range of interesting projects.
THG is looking to recruit an Operations Planner for MyProtein.
Responsible for servicing sales demand for bundles and B2B through availability of product in the warehouse.
Collaborating with warehouse managers and supply planning teams to ensure weekly tasks are completed whilst developing forecasts for longer term capacity planning.
Responsibilities:
- To maximise availability of products for the B2B and kitted bundles sales arms of the division.
- Work closely with warehouse management to review performance on a weekly basis and generate long term forecasts to assist them with capacity planning.
- To attend trading/marketing meetings to collaborate on the of the upcoming trading calendar.
- To work with the supply planning team to generate stock orders and production plans
Requirements:
- Strong numerical and reporting skills applied in Excel SQL desirable
- Ability to work independently use initiative and maintain attention to detail
- Supply chain/commercial background desirable
- An understanding of ecommerce desirable
