Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent youll be the first point of contact for our customers via digital channels. Your role will involve resolving queries assisting with account and order issues and keeping thorough records of each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely professional assistance through chat and email
- Effectively resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Maintain clear accurate logs of customer interactions
- Flag recurring problems and suggest process improvements
- Provide productrelated guidance to help users get the most value
- Monitor customer feedback to detect patterns and recommend changes
- Regularly review and enhance support strategies to uphold service excellence
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
