Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant (PT/PTA)
Location: Haskell TX
Shift: 8Hour Days MondayFriday
SignOn Bonus: $2500 with service commitment
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join their dynamic therapy team. This fulltime position will primarily focus on outpatient therapy with some responsibilities in inpatient and swing bed care. Its a great fit for a PTA who is passionate about providing highquality patientcentered therapy services in a supportive rural setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services to patients across diverse age groups
- Assist with inpatient and swing bed rehabilitation therapy
- Implement treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active Texas PTA license (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Strong communication skills and dedication to compassionate patient care

Established in 1939 is a 25bed critical access hospital offering a wide range of services including CT MRI acute care emergency services pain management cardiac and pulmonary rehab outpatient physical therapy and a rural health clinic.
