Overview
NaphCarehas an excellent opportunity for anIT Field Technician based out of the Phoenix AZ Office.
The IT Technician supports the Infrastructure division of NaphCares Information Technology group in maintaining inhouse computer/server systems desktops and includes installing diagnosing repairing maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal performance.
**This is not a remote position. This is a field position based out of the Phoenix office with statewide travel up to 80. Company vehicle provided for travel.

Responsibilities
- General TCP/IP Microsoft OS Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in an IT Related Field of Study from an accredited institution.
- High level of organizational and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
- Install modify image and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- FIFO Inventory management including documentation ordering and shipping.
- Shipping and receiving of computers and associated parts.
- CAT5/6 data cabling and terminations would be helpful.
- Performs other related functions and duties as required.
