Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant (PT/PTA)
Location: Haskell TX
Shift: 8Hour Days MondayFriday
SignOn Bonus: $5000 with service commitment
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to join its growing therapy team. This fulltime role primarily supports outpatient care with some inpatient and swing bed coverage. Its an excellent opportunity to serve a closeknit rural community while gaining broad experience across therapy settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy treatments for outpatient clients
- Support inpatient and swing bed rehab services as needed
- Participate in care planning progress evaluations and interdisciplinary communication
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with therapy protocols
Qualifications
- Active Texas PT or PTA license (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patientcentered care
About the Facility
We are a 25bed critical access hospital with a legacy of care since 1939. Located in Haskell TX the facility offers a range of services including CT MRI emergency care physical therapy respiratory therapy cardiac rehab pain management and a rural health clinic.
