Position: Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Data Analyst at First Care Medical you will be responsible for collecting organizing and analyzing large sets of healthcare data to provide insights and support decisionmaking processes. You will work closely with our medical team and other departments to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze healthcare data from various sources including electronic health records claims data and patient surveys
Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations for improving patient care and operational efficiency
Collaborate with medical team and other departments to understand data needs and develop reports and dashboards to visualize data and track key performance indicators
Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity and security
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and recommend new tools and techniques to improve data analysis processes
Communicate findings and insights to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Train and support staff on data collection and analysis processes
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in the healthcare industry
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
Knowledge of healthcare terminology and regulations is a plus
