Home and Garden Maintenance worker
Home and Community services
- Location: Sydney Metropolitan and Sutherland Shire Sydney NSW
- Permanent part time roles 23 days per week) guaranteed fortnightly
- $15900 salary packaging $2650 meal and entertainment allowance (eligibility criteria applies)
- Paid travel time NFP tax free benefits
- Mature aged and persons of CALD or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply
About the role
We are looking for home and garden maintenance workers to provide quality services for community clients. You will be responsible for providing home maintenance and garden (lawn mowing) services to support our elderly home care clients.
You will be travelling between client homes throughout the day and providing services which can include window cleaning minor home maintenance jobs lawn mowing weeding and pruning of gardens for functional safety.

You must have:
- Current Australian drivers licence and willingness to drive company vehicle
- Knowledge of Sydney Metro area
- Previous maintenance experience
- Passion for mowing lawns and basic gardening skills
- Access to a Smart phone
- Proven competence with verbal and written communication skills
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport Birth Certificate etc)
- National Police Check (valid within the last 12 months) or the ability to obtain this.
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Exceptional customer service and problemsolving skills
